Job Title1: Senior Accountant

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant fields; proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant;
thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures;
in-depth understanding of International financial reporting standards (IFRS); awareness of business trends;
familiarity with financial accounting statements; experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process;
hands-on experience on accounting software packages such as Peachtree accounting and ERP; advanced MS Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables;
accuracy and attention to detail; aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.

RESPONISBILITES
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable;
produce error-free accounting reports and present their results; analyze financial information and summarize financial status; spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending;
review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures;
manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers;
participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process;
provide input into department’s goal setting process;
prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule; assist with tax audits and tax returns;
direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance; plan, assign and review staff’s work;
support month-end and year-end close process; develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
ensure compliance with IFRS; liaise with our Finance division head to improve financial procedures

Job Title2 : Accountant

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields;
hands-on experience with accounting software packages, such as Peachtree accounting; experience on ERP, particularly at manufacturing industries;
in-depth understanding of International financial reporting standards (IFRS); strong analytical, communication, and computer skills;
understanding of mathematical, accounting and financial processes; acceptable ethical behavior at workplace.
Experience At least 2 years of accounting experience

Responsibilities
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations;
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data;
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Presenting data to managers, owners, and other entities;
Maintaining accurate financial records;
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies;
Computing taxes;
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting;
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Job Title3: Shift Quality Supervisor

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BSC /degree in Food Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Process Engineering/Food Technology/ Food Science/ Manufacturing Technology/ Applied Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry or other relevant field of study.
Minimum 2 year of experience in quality control supervisor in manufacturing companies, preferably in Food manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities
Supervise and validate the safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation
Supervise and inspect the quality control of raw materials, packaging and products
Supervise and validate quality control points in the operation line of the factory
Manage the analysis of raw materials and products
Carry out continuous sampling and investigation of defects in the facilities
Manage the physical and chemical analysis of raw materials and products
Perform continuous quality checks of finished goods in the plant throughout the shift system
Properly manage laboratory equipment
Assist in investigating customer complaints and help to resolve quality issues
Follow-up and communicate with external laboratories for sample analysis

Job Title4: Shift Production Supervisor

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BSC /degree in Food Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Process Engineering/Food Technology/ Food Science/ or other relevant field of study.
experience Minimum 2 year of experience in production supervisor/ Shift leader in manufacturing company preferably in Food manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Lead successful day-to-day operations of the facility to meet all customer requirements in a safe, high quality, on-time and profitable way
Determine and document quality control standards
Work to develop and maintain the highest quality product in all parameters including taste, texture and color
Assess project and resource requirements (for example, matching different products profiles to the customers’ wants and needs)
Plan and organize production schedules
Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
Manage raw materials, packaging materials, and final products.
Consult on hiring the necessary personnel
Monitor the production equipment to make sure that it stays in good working order, and to notify when there needs to be a repair or replace the equipment when needed
