Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA Degree in Any Social Science fields with 2 Years experience as a Key Account Sales Representative or Similar role in FMCG company
Ensure Key Accounts are achieved in the most professional and cost-effective way
Create effective relationship management to ensure that defined levels of service quality to UB being delivered
Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures, and legislation
Able to apply various tracking and monitoring tools and techniques
Responsible for Key Account Sales Calls, Sales Reporting’s and generate daily, weekly report
Take various Sales initiatives and weekly pipelines
Identify, pursue, and capitalize on sales opportunities through various channels

Job Title2 : HR Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or other majors
12+ years of experience within a multinational beverage corporation in a leading HR Management position
Knowledge of corporate administration and office management.
To deliver HR plans on talent development with a focus on recruitment, open resourcing competencies frameworks, training/learning, talent reviews and diversity.
To deliver HR plans on performance management with a focus on performance culture, Midyear reviews, Annual appraisal, 360-degree feedback, variable pay bonus, remunerations, and job evaluations.
Support line management to ensure that communication to staff is planned, structured, full timely and allows for two-ways communication. This includes implementation of the people survey plans.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to be in line with group polices and local legislations.

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience.
Ability to manage high-priority Tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Provide support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone, or via remote desktop software, helping staff or clients set up systems or resolve issues.
Instructions system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Replace parts as required.
Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.

Monitor and Identify the need for the reception area and facilities for the needs.
Provide periodic progress reports to direct management.
Handle queries and address complaints by discussing them with departments.
Receive packages, deliveries, and letters. Schedule deliveries and follow up on missing or late deliveries.
Regularly check and sort company emails.
