Premier Switch Solutions S. Co wants to recruit employees in the following vacant Position

Job Title : Executive Assistant

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management or a related field
At least 2 years relevant experience

Responsibilities
Ensure that the CEO office is always clean, ready and attractive for work and customer handling.
Do receptions, respond to enquiries, correspondence both telephone and written directed to respective offices.
Prepare and dispatch letters, e-mail, scanning, copying and binding internal memos and other materials to member banks and other organs.
File of all documents and correspondence to and from the respective office
Maintain the CEO calendar and schedule of appointments, screen requests for meetings, synchronize office and personal diaries to ensure that appointments do not overlap.
Organize and coordinate all logistics including travel arrangements for the CEO meetings and conferences (both internal & external)
Oversee the prompt collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail in the respective office.
Ensure the availability of office supplies at the CEO office.
Organize the filing and retrieval of files and documents in order to ensure that they are secure and accessible.
