Job Title1 : Facilities Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in facilities management are a plus.
Experience Proven experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field.
Strong background in overseeing the maintenance of facilities.

Responsibilities
Facilities Maintenance
Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Space Planning
Coordinate and manage office space planning, utilization, and relocation as needed.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting and cost control.
Monitor and report on budget performance.
Security
Implement and oversee security protocols, including access control and surveillance systems.

Job Title2: Sales Person

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience Proven experience in sales or a related field.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas.
Familiarity with the product or service being sold is advantageous.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
Sales Presentations
Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients.
Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of the offering.
Proposal and Quote Creation
Prepare and present quotes and proposals to potential customers.
Work closely with the sales support team to ensure accurate and timely proposals

Job Title3: Assistant for Follow-Up

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or related fields is a plus.
Experience Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
Familiarity with follow-up procedures and customer relations.

Responsibilities
Follow-Up Procedures
Implement and manage systematic follow-up procedures for various tasks, projects, or customer interactions.
Communication
Communicate with clients, customers, or team members to ensure clarity on expectations and requirements.
Provide timely updates and responses to inquiries.
Task Tracking
Track and manage follow-up tasks using tools like calendars, task lists, or project management software.
Documentation
Maintain accurate records of follow-up activities, including notes, outcomes, and any necessary documentation.

Job Title4: Assistant for Booking and Scheduling Meetings

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Experience Proven experience as an administrative assistant, scheduler, or in a similar role.
Familiarity with scheduling software and tools.
Experience in calendar management and coordinating meetings.

Responsibility
Meeting Coordination
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Ensure all participants receive necessary details, including agenda and meeting location.
Calendar Management
Manage and update executives’ and team members’ calendars.
Coordinate appointments, calls, and meetings to optimize time efficiency.
Communication Liaison
Act as a point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries.
Communicate with team members to gather availability and preferences.
Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduled meetings.
Prepare meeting materials, including agendas and relevant documents.

Job Title5: Assistant to Do Minutes of Meetings

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or business is a plus.
Experience Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or in a similar role.
Familiarity with minute-taking procedures and meeting documentation.

Responsibility
Meeting Attendance
Attend and actively participate in meetings to capture accurate minutes.
Minute-Taking
Record detailed and accurate minutes of meetings, including discussions, decisions, and action items.
Documentation
Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for meeting minutes.
Distribute minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders after each meeting.
