Job Title 1: Regional CX & Service Lead

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s Degree a commerce, business administration or sales
Minimum of 3 year in a commerce, business administration or sales
Professional communication skills, written and verbal.
Computer literate, numerical aptitude, and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities
Ensure top-notch customer service delivery at the designated station, maintaining an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction.
Implement performance management process and constantly monitor 3rd party staff performance.
Develop and implement effective working hours and ensure time-keeping principles are strictly adhered.
Monitor customer handling time and effective customer handling by agents.
Make sure the availability and functionality of working templates, equipment’s and the systems at 3rd party service centers.
Monitor accurate entry of customer account information and monitor DBC done by agents.
Handle customers with complaints. Resolves problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Job Title2: Regional Marketing Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
5 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role from any consumer facing business.
Focus on understanding customer and developing marketing propositions to drive purchase and brand affinity.
Knowledge and understanding of operations, technical, and production background.
Understanding of the model for working and developing campaigns with agencies and management of multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of own markets and customers.

Responsibilities
Promote a positive brand image that will lead to an increase in the overall subscriber base throughout the country.
Develop content that drives brand awareness, consideration, acquisition, and positive customer behavior.
Ensure the messaging and brand is aligned and drives customer acquisition and retention.
Drive customer education, self-service awareness, and usage through marketing campaigns
Brief BTL agency on campaigns.
Take responsibility for the management of current campaigns and new brand building activities.
Deliver on digital assets where necessary, as part of campaign delivery.
Oversee all marketing production processes from brief to delivery on brand, products, packages, and services campaigns.

Job Title3: Digital Marketing Specialist

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, graphic design, or related field.
3 years’ experience preferably in a digital marketing function or similar role
Knowledge in Graphic Design and Video Editing
Experience in digital marketing automation software, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
Proficient in Amharic and one more language is plus.

Responsibilities
Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, and informative eBooks.
Developing posts that will be used for the different social media platforms based on the trend and usage. Post may include short clips from different existing assets of the platform, new or adapted designs (such as Key Campaign Visuals, adapting to different sizes and formats based on requirement) etc.
Support in preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
Collaborating with marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms

Job Title4: Territory Sales Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education A first degree commerce, business administration An MBA is an added advantage
A minimum of 5 – 7 years in a commerce, business administration or sales and marketing leadership role
Strong financial acumen and experience in channel partner management
Deep sales and distribution knowledge
Proficient in computer applications
Commercial experience in Ethiopia
Experience in trade sales activations
Digital savvy

Responsibilities
Implement the sales strategy for the region to achieve business growth objectives
Use customer insights to identify and evaluate strategic and innovative revenue generating sales initiatives
Develop a road map to identify the sales pattern in the given region taking into consideration factors, that serve as threats and opportunities
Launch viable regional sales projects in support of business objectives
Drive the transformation of the ‘Join Phase’ improved customer experience from sale to
activation and to provide guidance and support to counties to adopt
Ensure achievement of sales target for channels

Job Title5: Regional Sales Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA in Marketing Management, Business Management or other related fields
Experience A minimum of 8 years in a commerce, business administration or sales and marketing leadership role, Strong financial acumen and experience in channel partner management

Responsibilities
Execute MultiChoice Ethiopia sales strategy in the region ensuring that business plan targets are met by generating customer and commercial sales.
Oversee sales planning, operational forecasting, partner management and trade marketing within the region.
Responsible for achieving the consumer-commercial target of Gross Revenue, Net Revenue, EBITDA Cash Flow & growth in subscriber numbers.
Execute the sales strategy & drive the performance of Multichoice Brands in the region.
Ensure timely execution of strategic & operational objectives.
In liaison with the Head of Sales, develop and execute innovative market development opportunities.
Lead and drive consistent market execution strategies & initiatives enabling excellence in sales operations (Right Execution Daily – RED) across the regions.

Job Title6: Trade Marketing Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
Experience A minimum of 4-5 years Consumer electronics, FMCG, Trade Marketing experience
Sales experience would be an added benefit
Proven experience in marketing.

Responsibilities
Implement the Segment Channel Strategy for product communication in retail channels and point of sales
Manage the development and execution of brand experience throughout retail – Collaborates with sales teams to turn the “selling stories” into sales tools
Develop point of sales solutions to promote product features and specifications
Execution of activities ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated
Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing departments on field sales needs and marketing initiatives

Job Title 7: Digital Marketing Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
Experience 5 years’ experience preferably in a digital marketing function
Experience designing e-commerce websites or advertising
Experience in digital display, video, out of home are a requirement.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy including Creative, Digital Media, Social Media Management, Commercial Marketing and SEO
Provide marketing direction across digital channels including search, mobile, advertising, content and social media strategy.
Work with the Corporate team to finding the best way to adapt/implement gamification in marketLiase with the Corporate digital team in order to analyze digital marketing performance on a regular basis and provide reports and recommendations to the marketing teams.
Stay on top of new developments, competitor activity, technology to recommend best approach to our digital communication
Analyse lead generation via digital channels and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Optimize client experience, lead generation, social media integration and content
