Job Title1: Receptionist

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA Degree or Diploma Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing with at least two years demonstrated work experience preferably in hospitality industry.
High emotional & mental strength.
Best observant & customer care.
Willingness to take multi tasks & additional responsibilities.
Best Interpersonal and communication skills with bilingual preference

Greet Hospital clients, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Schedule appointments, maintain, and update appointment calendars.
Transmit and receive information or documents to/from customers via telephone, mail, or other company communication media.
Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary.
Hear and resolve complaints from customers.
File and maintain records.
Provide information about location of departments or offices, employees within the Hospital.
Analyze and update data to determine answers to questions from customers regarding to service types, schedules, availability of specialists, and the like.

Job Title2 : Administration Manager (Chief Operations Officer)

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA Degree or Diploma in relevant business and relevant technical disciplines with at least four years demonstrated work experience on the job positions of general services and Administration or Operation Manager.
Emotional & Mental strength.
Best observant and ability in trouble shooting of facilities & utilities.
Willingness to take multi tasks & additional responsibilities.
High level of honesty, integrity and self-initiative.
Interpersonal skills.

Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, utilities and supplies.
Communicate with and provide guidance for external vendors and service providers to ensure the organization, department, or work unit’s business needs are met.
Adheres to contracts, regulations, and procedural guidelines to ensure comprehension and compliance.
Responsible for prompt services of facilities and general maintenances, security, hygiene & Sanitation, fleet management, Catering and Canteen, and the like.
