Job Title 1: Accountant

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Desirable University degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
Experience Essential previous working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs. Desirable experience in MSF or other NGOs

RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing and controlling the daily bank management (payments via bank transfer and check) and ensuring that all receipts and documentation meet MSF requirements (procedures, deadlines, information, signatures …).
Preparing check payments for coordination and bank transfers and monthly salary payments for coordination and/or projects.
Perform the monthly bank reconciliations for coordination of bank accounts.
Prepare all the tax-related documents for capital and do the timely payment of the taxes of all projects.
Ensuring a monthly account report for coordination of bank accounts in accordance with MSF procedures, checking individual entries, and preparing the necessary administrative documents (originals) as a basis for justification and explanation of payments and receipts made.
Being responsible for the processing of accounting software peripheral accounting (coordination) in Unified (direct encoding or Excel importation) and encoding correctly and completing all the transactions related to the bank including checking the quality of the mission accounting allocations and their conformity (checking invoices and their allocations).
Being responsible for filing accounting documents of each bank journal and fill in all information for the financial stamp (Book, Month, Date, Entry nr. Project, Accounting code, Amount, Currency).

Job Title2:Pharmacy Storekeeper

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy
Experience Essential previous experience of at least 2 years in similar.
Updated Licence certificate from EFDA
Fluency in English
Literacy in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet)
Desirable previous experience in MSF or other NGOs in developing countries.
Work place: Addis Ababa

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising material orders and dispatching in order to ensure rational use.
Receiving orders and deliveries, identifying potential disparities against cargo manifest or others and reporting them, and storing materials in accordance with the system in force, in order to ensure continuous availability. It includes:
Ensuring good storage conditions of all medical items in the pharmacy in accordance with pharmaceutical standards to ensure continuous availability.
Ensuring correct fill-in entries on the stock cards and software.
Carrying out or participating in regular inventories including EPREP stock.
Following up stock levels with regards to alarm thresholds, stock out, expiry dates, and drugs to expire in the following 6 months.
Preparing orders of the different consumption units (departments, wards, others), ensuring proper packaging, and dispatching and reporting any anomalies or changes in consumption patterns to the Pharmacy Supervisor. Informing the Pharmacy Supervisor as soon as stock reaches an alert limit.
