Job Title1: Sales Capability Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or any other related field from a recognized University.
Experience 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in FMCG.
At least 1 years of experience in Sales at a Management level is added advantage.

Assess and develop sales Standard: he/she is responsible for the continuous assessment of the sales standards and practices, development and implementation of new ways of workings, standards, process for a better trade service.
Sales Team capability Development: Develop and govern the successful delivery of the Capability Plan and ensure that the quality of training meets company standards both on content and delivery. Identifying functional Sales Capability competencies for the field-force across levels (from DSM to Distributor Sales Representative) and Creation of cutting-edge training content to meet the Competency gaps through both function-based training and Competency based training.

Strong track record in Sales ideally.
Strong Communication of English and Amharic
Strong understanding of all Selling Capabilities and able to coach others in their application.
Previous experience of managing/leading teams either directly or indirectly.
Able to influence and build great relationships across the business.
A strong track record as a coach is critical.

Job Title2 : Finance Controller

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or related field
MA is an added advantage
ACCA Certified is preferred
Experience A minimum of 8-10 years’ of working experience in a financial accounting role in FMCG or other related.
Minimum 3-5 years finance team management experience in FMCG.

Manage all accounting operations including, A/R, A/P, GL and, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
In collaboration with the financial planning and budget manager, coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Supervision of team and assist with training of the team.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and relevant report
Research technical accounting issues for compliance
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

Job Title3 : Sales System Analyst & Trainer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience 3 – 5 Years of Proven experience as a Sales System Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role, preferably within the beverage industry or FMCG sector.

Monitor the sales tracking system’s performance, ensuring high availability and reliability for the sales team.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the system, working closely with IT and software vendors as necessary.
Offer Interactive Training Workshops and Technical Support:
Develop and conduct interactive training workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to different skill levels within the sales team to ensure full mastery of the sales system.
Provide ongoing technical support to the sales team, addressing any questions or challenges they face in using the sales system effectively.

Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to conduct effective training sessions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Job Title4: Trade Market Research Analyst

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience 3 -5 years of Proven experience in market research or a similar analytical role, preferably within the beverage industry or FMCG sector.

Design and execute comprehensive surveys to assess customer satisfaction levels and determine our product’s market share.
Utilize various methodologies, including online surveys, face-to-face interviews, and focus groups, to gather actionable insights.
Analyze survey data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
Compile and analyze data to create detailed reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and the impact of trade marketing activations.
Design and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide real-time insights into market trends, customer satisfaction metrics, market share statistics, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
