Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Development or a related field.
Experience 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, with a focus on creating an enabling work environment

Develop a deep understanding of the business unit’s goals, challenges, and operations to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with business leaders to provide HR insights and contribute to decision-making processes.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Job Title2 : Product Owner – Payment Infrastructure and Embedded Finance

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or product ownership roles within the fintech industry.
Proven trackrecord of successfully launching and managing payment infrastructure and embedded finance products, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strategic Planning Define the product vision and strategy for Payment Infrastructure and Embedded Finance, aligned with the company’s objectives and market trends. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
Technology Innovation and Quality Assurance: Drive technology innovation within Payment Infrastructure and Embedded Finance products, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends. Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of product reliability, usability, and security. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement rigorous testing protocols and conduct regular code reviews to mitigate risks and ensure product integrity.
Budget Management Develop and manage budgets for Payment Infrastructure and Embedded Finance projects, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Track expenses and monitor financial performance against budgetary targets, adjusting as needed to ensure fiscal responsibility and project sustainability.

Job Title 3: Head of Engineering and Innovation

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in FinTech or a related industry.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse engineering team.
Expertise in modern software development practices and technologies (e.g., Agile methodologies, cloud computing, AI/ML).
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Strategic Planning Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Innovation Management Stay abreast of emerging trends in FinTech and software development. Lead the innovation agenda within the organization, identifying emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to drive innovation and improve business processes.
Quality Assurance and Security Ensure the highest standards of quality and security in all engineering outputs. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and cybersecurity.
Budget Management: Manage the engineering budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Stakeholder Management Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment of engineering projects with business objectives.

Job Title 4: Program Analyst

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
Exerience 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project support, or administrative roles.

Provide administrative assistance to the Program Manager and Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute program-related correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain program documentation, records, and files, ensuring they are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Support the Program Manager in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making and program improvements.
Assist in coordinating program activities and events, including meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
