Expertise in modern software development practices and technologies (e.g., Agile methodologies, cloud computing, AI/ML).
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Innovation Management: Stay abreast of emerging trends in FinTech and software development. Lead the innovation agenda within the organization, identifying emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to drive innovation and improve business processes.
Quality Assurance and Security: Ensure the highest standards of quality and security in all engineering outputs. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and cybersecurity.
Budget Management: Manage the engineering budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment of engineering projects with business objectives.
Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job Title2: Senior Marketing and Communication Lead

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or any related fields
10+ years of experience in related positions.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
Strong proficiency in presentation design and visualization tools.
In-depth knowledge of campaign design, execution, and performance analysis.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

Digital Strategy Development: Lead and executive comprehensive marketing strategies to increase KFT brand awareness. Stay ahead of the industry’s trends and emerging technologies to ensure digital presence.
Presentation and Visualization Marketing: Create visual and impactful presentations to communicate internally and externally. Develop marketing materials that align with strategic objectives.
Campaign Design and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including but not limited to social media and advertising platforms. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and formulate strategies to optimize KPI.
Devising and Implementation: Develop and implement communication plans that convey the company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance KFT’s brand through developing consistent digital identity across all communication channels.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and present regular reports to SLT on marketing and communication performance.

Job Title3: Program Analyst

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
Experience 3+ years of experience in program coordination, project support, or administrative roles.

Provide administrative assistance to the Program Manager and Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute program-related correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain program documentation, records, and files, ensuring they are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Support the Program Manager in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making and program improvements.
Assist in coordinating program activities and events, including meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and implementation.
Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, and communicate progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
