Job Title1 : Certification Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bsc in Plant Science or Horticulture or Agriculture, or related fields.
Experience 2 years’ experience
Work place : Debeka Farm, Oromia

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assesses if farming and agro processing operation is processed risk free of child labor, forced labor and human trafficking, discrimination, workplace violence and harassment, including sexual and gender-based violence,
Sets clear minimum and progressive criteria to ensure that the conditions for farming and agro processing is practiced in accordance with international regulations & standards without affecting environment and living habitats,
Ensures that there is a defined system for keeping track of farming input suppliers and sales information status as per the standard.
Follows up the daily routine of workers, engaged in coffee processing activities.
Facilitates and arranges all the necessary records for the third-party independent verifier’s process of evaluation.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

Job Title3: Senior Sales Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or Business Management from recognized University
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in related business respectively
Having good interpersonal communication skills, capable of working in team and knowledge of the existing business environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow and guide the daily sales transaction of the company
Make sure that each sales transaction complies with the company’s sales policy.
Prepare monthly activity plan and act up on it when approved.
Follow up the sales team daily activity, distributes task to all sales team and measure their daily accomplishment.
Make regular market visit, asses the demand gap in the market, gather information about competitor’s product design, pricing and related marketing activities.
Follow up and execute customers advance payments and collectables.
Make sure that daily sale activities are backed with proper invoice and bank deposit slip.
Prepare weekly performance & activity report.
Prepare proper customer data base to identify companies customer base and market share.
Distribute price list and quota to the sales team and Control daily sales is done accordingly.
Make market visit to up-country shops and evaluate the company’s market share area coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, organizes, and implements insurance activities.
Ensures that policies, procedures, and guidelines relating to insurance issues are well adhered to.
Notifies, processes, and tracks insurance claims when damage occurs on property.
Handles policy renewals timely.
Evaluates current insurance policies and conducts surveys to make recommendation for better policy arrangements and additional insurance coverage as needed.
Keeps proper documentation and confidentiality of insurance documents.
Provides safety management advice and engages staff in programs that ensure safe practice in the workplace.
Compiles safety programs and standardizes it for consistency as well as share best practice techniques in this regard.
Ensures every driver complies with the safety standards.
Attends safety trainings, trains drivers and other staff on safety.
