Kerchanshe Equipment wants to recruit employees in the following vacant Position

Job Title : Technical Trainer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BSc degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a MUST
Experience Minimum of 5 years of service experience in the field.
Work place: Addis Ababa

Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist in the technical development of all Service Staff including Trainees, Apprentices, and Service technicians.
Conducts ILT (Instructor Lead Training).
Conducts OJT (On the Job Training).
Conduct skills and knowledge assessments for the Service Department personnel following TCDP.
Ensure that performance standards are established and maintained to align with the Learning Plans skills matrix.
Mentor service technicians to improve their performance.
Works with the Service team to establish training requirements and set training objectives and plans for the coming year.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees.
Assist in the development of the Foundational /Pipeline Advanced Service Engineers and Technicians, by acting as a focal point, capable of developing a close relationship with them, providing guidance and individual tuition as appropriate.
Keep management and the CoE training team informed on all training activities and keep the SCAP system updated with all the training activities.

Ability to establish and maintain excellent, mutually beneficial working relationships with customers, employees, and other departments, to ensure continued commercial benefit for the company.
Independent thinker with the highest level of integrity
Be a strong team player with proven people management skills.
