Kality Foods S.C wants to recruit employees in the following vacant Position

Job Title : Door to Door Sales Representatives

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA Degree, Marketing or Business studies are preferred.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience with FMCG Company in Door-to-door sales.
Proven sales experience.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Experience working with Sales force or similar CRM.
Familiarity with different sales techniques.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven

Be knowledgeable about the Cerealia products
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
Travel to assign Routes to introduce/maintain product supply to target consumers and existing client.
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they meet their needs and solve customer problems
Answer questions about the products
Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
Meet personal targets of daily sales.
