Job Title1 : Part Store Keeper

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education B.A. Degree or Diploma (10+3) in Store Management or related field
Experience 4 Years for Degree or 6 years for Diploma in relevant role
Work place: Addis Ababa

Responsibilities
Store and handle materials and parts according to specified procedures.
Receive and issue out materials and parts after checking them against appropriate documents such as purchase orders, packing lists, invoices etc.
Request, when necessary, the support of appropriate work units for physical inspections during receiving and unloading materials, and products.
Maintain Bin Cards for all items in store showing information, take notes about any problems associated with that stock, and report it to the concerned work unit for making necessary adjustments.
Arrange a store lay out for materials and parts according to their movement, nature, weight, shape, size etc.
Tag items received before they go into the store according to their nature, size, weight, and movement and safety protection requirements.
Keep store all the time clean, undertake all safety measurements to prevent accident or hazards and use proper material handling systems.
Report when shortages, overages, damages, defects etc. are observed during receiving and afterward.

Job Title2 : Senior Auto Mechanic

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education B.Sc. Degree or Diploma/ 10+3/ Level III in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Auto Mechanics or related field
Experience 4 Years for Degree or 6 years for Diploma in relevant role
Work place: Alemgena Branch, Oromia

Skills
Appropriate Driving License
Isuzu Truck service experience (Trained preferable)
Computer skill, communication skills, English language proficiency
Believe on team work

Job Title3 : Senior Part Sales Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Diploma and BSc/BA Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration or related field
Experience 5years for Diploma, and 3 years for BSc/BA Degree in relevant role

Responsibilities
Handle dealers and public organizations at the warehouse; keep them satisfied with our products and services.
Treat dealer-customers and public organizations with the utmost respect and satisfying their needs in person or through telephone call during the purchasing process.
Refer to ISUZU parts manuals (EQ-Hit/EPC) to identify correct part numbers using Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Vehicle model, and year of manufacturing in order to determine the required parts by for the dealer-customers.
Provide advice to customers about the type, quantity and price of parts and other related materials on a regular basis.
Provide price quotations by preparing pro forma invoices.
Prepare cash /credit sales order (memo) by verifying readiness for payment settlement or approved purchase order list.
Prepare Goods transfer Issue by indicating the required spare part based on store requisition and referring Job order number to workshop technicians.

Job Title4 : Vehicle Sales Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Diploma or BA in Marketing, Supply Management or related field
Experience 6 years for Diploma, and 4 years for BA graduate in related role

Responsibilities
Explain customers about the make, quality, price, etc. of Company vehicles and promote the vehicles.
Ensure that customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork and warranty related issues.
Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions; offer services, warranties and financing; collect payment and deliver vehicle.
Ensure that vehicles are properly displayed in show rooms and that the show room is clean and attractive.
Assists in registering and making a thorough follow-up on customer orders till delivery is finalized.
Prepare pro forma invoices, sales contract and sales orders.
Prepare vehicle sales contracts, issue orders, invoices and other relevant documents.
Investigate customer complaints and provide solution to problems causing those complaints.
Respond to sales inquiries in person or via phone, e-mail, fax, etc.
