Job Title1 : Sales manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant Business field from a recognized university
Proven Sales experience in the FMCG Industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation
Persuasive and goal-orient
In-depth understanding of sales & RTM strategies
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Energetic and passionate to learn & lead.

Responsibilities
Lead all sales operations, set best practices, and perform internal audits designed to
evaluate performance, as well as identify opportunities for more efficient operational processes.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts for distributors,
Set sales goals and initiatives, and adjust pricing, promotions, and tactics based on need and industry knowledge.
Meet and exceed personal sales volume and goals.
Ensure timely and proper execution of sales-related activities within the designated territory.
Manage business relationships with outlets in designated territory to always ensure stock availability and in the desired quantities.
Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

Job Title2: Fleet Supervisor

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA Degree in Engineering, Logistic, and supply chain or any other related field from a recognized university.
Have a minimum of 5 years in a fleet or logistics transportation supervisor position.
Interpersonal and cross-functional skills.
Understanding of supply chain procedures
Strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal communication skills are crucial for this role good Communication, Leadership, Decision making, Problem- solving, and Time management skills.
Proven experience in fleet management and planning.
Work place: Bishoftu Factory, Oromia

Responsibilities
Ensuring that company policies are followed regarding vehicle maintenance, accident prevention, fuel efficiency, and other driving practices.
Maintaining safety standards for drivers, passengers, and pedestrians
Conducting regular safety inspections of vehicles to ensure that they are in good working order.
Follows up the 3rd party insurance and annual technical inspection of vehicles of the company and settles the necessary debt the company owes to.
Accountable in problem-solving and immediate response to vehicle requests, problems, and accidents promptly.
Accountable to ensure vehicle management with accurate calculation of fuel cost and monitoring the vehicle record book.
Review safety reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure the current working procedures follow specified SOPs.
