Hirdaramani Garment PLC wants to recruit employees in the following vacant Position

Job Title 1: Assistant Human Resources Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Degree in Human Resources or Labor and Compensation Law
Ability to work in Hawassa, Preferred the residents in Hawassa region
Proven working experience in the HR related field
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Job Title 2:Assistant Maintenance Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Knowledge of machine/ utility maintenance & technical skills
Knowledge of Lean and Total Productive Maintenance
Knowledge of Budgeting
Knowledge of sustainability initiatives & purchasing process

Responsibilities
Overseeing the maintenance of the production facilities, all equipment supporting production and material handling;
Stock maintenance & determining major equipment maintenance; including appropriate action, method, and solicitation of quote for repair/rebuilding of equipment;
Maintain the sustainability index & identify opportunities for cost savings, safety, and healthy working environment in the plant;
Follow up preventive maintenance plan & age of the fixed assets to take precautions;
Arranging of trainings to zero the loss time & create ideas for innovations;
Upgrade the skill matrix for maintenance and mechanic team members to the highest level.
Ensure all the reports and payment documents related to maintenance will be submitted to Finance Department accurately and on time.
Other tasks as assigned by Management.
