Job Title1 :Sales Executive

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Should be able to demonstrate negotiation skills & “closing” a sale
Should have good command of English Language
Knowledge of computer usage in both word processing & Spreadsheets is a must
Should have a driving license.
Responsibilities
The Sales Department is responsible for the development and performance of sales activities to maximize rooms, groups, conferences and events revenue of the hotel.
Responsible for the acquisition of new customers as well as further development of current clients in the following sectors; corporate clients, meeting clients, group and individuals traveler.
Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel
Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements
Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel
Provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary
Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs
Is also responsible for displaying correct image and representation of the hotel in a dignified form towards customers and negotiating partners and contributes to the optimal economic success of the hotel with rational use of operating resources.
Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure clients have a good time

Job Title2 :Assistance Financial Controller

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education University Degree in Accounting and Finance
Minimum of Five Years Work Experience in Finance with Supervisory and above positions.
IFRS , Opera system & MC preferred
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
Having Hotel expensive is preferable
Responsibilities
Assists and provides financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of the Strategic plan, Budget and Goals Program.
Maximizes cash flow performance of the hotel through controls on inventory, credit collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances.
Enforces documents and establishes adequate controls for all revenues and expenses and protection of assets and ensures controls will satisfy or improve the level of guest service.
Maintains accurate and timely financial and operating information and provides analysis interpretations and projections to management as required.
Managing all finance and accounting operations
Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
Manage all accounting operations, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
