Job Title1 : M&E Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education At least 3 years of proven relevant work experience in development programming OR a degree in relevant field (Rural development, Economics, Public Relations, Statistical Analysis, Agriculture or related field).
Minimum 3 years professional experience in monitoring and evaluation and related role for international NGOs/aid organizations or social enterprises.
Creative, results-oriented, and guidance self-starter and effective communicator and active team player
Proven capacity to effectively work with large and diverse teams.
Experience with and demonstrated passion for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent computer and technology skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), statistical analysis software packages and mobile data collection platforms.
Work place : Dawa/Liben Zone
Excellent writing skills in English and local language is required.
Excellent planning/organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage simultaneous critical tasks.
Ability to process and present information in creative ways to generate appropriate formats for different audiences.
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and work successfully with a diverse team and stakeholders.

Job Title2 : Community Engagement Zonal Coordinator

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in development-related in Business Administration, community engagement, PRM.NRM, communication or related fields.
At least 3+ years of experience in the disciplinary area, e.g., market development / sales & marketing / community development
Demonstrated ability and experience working with pastoral communities
A proven skill-set in the area of outreach and extension, facilitation, and community mobilization.
Strong local networks in pastoral woredas; experience and relationships working with players in the Ethiopia Bottom of the Pyramid (BoP) markets or livestock market system is highly desired.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic languages. Ability to speak Oromiffa and Somali is a requirement.
Basic budgeting, procurement, and staff supervision experience.
Work place : Filtu, Liben Zone
Support the AfriScout Operations Manager in liaising with zonal and woreda governments, collaborating NGOs, traditional leaders and other relevant actors.
Provide relevant updates of AfriScout’s activities to the assigned stakeholders as highlighted in the Communication Plan.
Support in event planning and mobilization of community leaders and members to introduce AfriScout and its intended activities.
Conduct orientation and training of the communities on Regenerative Grazing principles using AfriScout.
Onboard new regenerative grazing units (RGUs) for the Regenerative Grazing & Carbon Project in the assigned areas including the formation of the management structure and grazing bylaws.
