Job Title 1: Real Estate Surveyor

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
1+ years of experience in real estate sales or marketing
Strong understanding of the real estate market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with potential clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
Conduct surveys of potential clients to determine their interest in real estate
Attend open houses and network with potential clients
Identify potential clients who are likely to be interested in buying property
Qualify potential clients and determine their budget and timeline
Schedule appointments for potential clients with telemarketing agents
Track and report on the number of qualified leads generated

Job Title2: Real Estate Sales consultant

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or a related field
2+ years of experience as real estate sales agent
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Strong customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and qualify leads
Develop relationships with clients
Close deals
Market properties
Provide excellent customer service
Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends

Job Title3: Real Estate Field Sales Agent

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or a related field
2+ years of experience as real estate sales agent
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Strong customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and qualify potential clients
Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking
Schedule appointments with potential clients
Present properties to potential clients and answer questions
Negotiate prices and terms of sale
Close deals
Maintain a database of leads and contacts
Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
Provide excellent customer service to client
