Job Title1 : Cashier

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Minimum Diploma in Accounting with two Years’ experience preferably in a similar organization.
Computer literate
Proficiency in English and basic knowledge of the local language
Work place : Sahila, Amhara

Payments processing
Prepares checks for all authorized payments.
Processes bank transfer and exchange of checks.
Cash collection processing and deposit
Issues official receipts for all collections.
Deposits daily cash collections intact into the bank the next working day.
Records daily cash collections and payments and balances daily with cash on hand.

Job Title2: Gender-Based Violence(GBV) Case Worker

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education University degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Social Work and Social Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or relevant fields.
A minimum of three years of experience working with GBV survivors, especially in a humanitarian setting and/or advocacy programs is an added advantage.
Work place : Tanqua Milash, Tigray

Conduct all steps of the case management process: Intake, assessment, and engagement, case planning, supported referrals, developing practical skills, case review, and building client capacity.

Work closely with other stakeholders for the integration of the survivors back into the community and enhance access to livelihood opportunities for GBV survivors to support their healing and reintegration process.
Offer basic psychosocial support services to survivors. Determine the need for therapeutic psychosocial or psychiatric support for further referral to specialized service providers.
Ensure that all the GBV interventions adhere to protection standards and principles as well as FH guidelines and accountability standards.
Working with ‘at risk’ young people, their families, community, to strengthen community-based interventions.
Consider the cultural, age, and gender appropriateness of the project activities and be creative for effective implementation of project activities.

Job Title3: Commodity Transfer Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA Degree in Accounting or in other related field of study.
Computer literate, Interpersonal skills
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience preferably in an NGO setting is an added advantage; previous experience in commodity management preferred.
Enthusiasm about the Heartbeat of FHE
Work place : Adet, Tigray

Process commodity payments, Commodity receipts/collections, and management
Checks all payment commodity documents, payment for allocation and other related issues prior to the project manager’s approval.
Receive information on the food allocation of the woreda for the month from Commodity team in Addis Ababa
Manage any warehouse or food stock in the designated area under FH control to ensure safe, orderly, clean, and vermin-free storage.
Maintain inventory control and conduct at least monthly physical inventories to ensure that losses are controlled in storage.
Prepare distribution plans in coordination with the project partners to ensure the timely delivery of the required commodities at each distribution site
Maintain complete lists of all program beneficiaries; including, types, quantities, and dates of rations received by each (as verified by signature or thumbprint of the beneficiary) and reconcile with original consignments

Job Title4: Senior Finance Officer – Accounting & Financial Management(Re-advertisement)

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BA in Accounting or related fields from a recognized university
Experience 4 years’ experience in a similar or senior finance position with an International NGO.
Must have a proven knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, IPSAS and a practical knowledge of financial systems and internal controls.
Work place: Addis Ababa

Financial Management,
Follow up the adherence of internal policies and procedures and donors’ rules and regulations at assigned project offices
Follow up timely transfers of funds and efficient cash management at assigned project offices
Oversee the withholding of government taxes at project level (withholding tax, income tax, etc.) as per the tax regulations and timely remittance to the government authorities.
Engage in proper documentation (appropriate numbering, PAID stamp, Labeling the box file, etc.) of the project office financial documents.
