Ethiopian Deposit Insurance Fund wants to recruit employees in the following vacant Position

Job Title : Senior Internal Auditor and Risk Management Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education 1st degree and above in Accounting and Finance, Auditing, Banking and Finance, Business. Administration or Business Management or related fields.
Minimum of 4/6 years of experience internal auditing and related area for 2nd Degree or1st Degree holder, respectively, in a central bank, a bank or a microfinance institutions.
Work place:Addis Ababa
Periodically conduct auditing on policies & procedures, internal process, system and technology of the Fund and give recommendations;
Periodically conduct auditing different practices, reporting, records, transactions of the Fund and give recommendations;
Conduct compliance assessment to check whether the Fund is operating in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, directives, policies and procedures;
Prepare audit report based on the periodic auditing of the operation of the Fund;
Periodically conduct risk assessment, identify risks and coordinate risk management of the Fund;
Periodically prepare risk assessment report;
Draft policies and procedures on internal auditing and risk management of the Fund;
Follow-up to check whether the recommendations of internal audit and risk management are properly implemented by the Fund; and
Carry out any other duties that are within the scope of internal audit and risk management function and as requested by the Fund.
