Job Title1 : Assembly Technician Interns

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Level II and above TVET graduate in Automechnics or closely related fields
Fresh graduate from a well known TVET institution
Good knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
Preferably proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to multitask
Outstanding time management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions.
Perform high precision calibration and advanced adjustments using testing instruments.
Develop assembly and test procedures to promote production of quality products.
Monitor the functioning of all equipment and report any problems or substandard conditions to the supervisor.
Ensure all log books are maintained according to standard operating procedures.
Perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings.
Perform cleaning of all parts as per established cleaning procedures.
Perform pre-assembly activities such as cleaning and lubricating.
Conduct product testing and performance testing and record the results.

Job Title2: Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Health and Safety Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields
Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
In depth knowledge of local and international occupational health and safety regulations and standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and investigative abilities
Courage to question & investigate personnel of higher rank and responsibility
Unshakeable sense of safety ethics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail oriented and proactive approach to safety
Familiarity with vehicle manufacturing, especially E2Ws and E3Ws production processes and equipment is a plus
Develop, implement and maintain safety policies and procedures that comply with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations
Conduct regular safety inspections of all working areas including but not limited to production areas, equipment, process to identify and assess potential hazards
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and propose effective preventive measures to stop future occurrences
Provide safety training and education to employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Title3 : Public Affairs Director (Transport Sector)

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Extensive experience in the transport sector of Addis Ababa.
Prior experience working with the Addis Ababa Transport Bureau or Transport Ministry is a significant advantage.
A proven track record of successfully guiding and influencing policy and regulatory environments.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse groups.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of e-mobility trends, challenges, and opportunities
trategically guide and implement initiatives to advance e-mobility, beginning with electric motorbikes and progressively including other vehicles such as electric bicycles, bajaj, and mini-buses.
Engage actively with government, industry, and community stakeholders to foster support for sustainable transportation initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and respond to policy and regulatory developments impacting the e-mobility sector.
Represent the organization in discussions and activities related to sustainable transportation policies and practices.
Build and nurture relationships with key policymakers, influencers, and partners within the transport sector.
Develop and present well-researched proposals, reports, and materials that support the advancement of e-mobility.

Job Title4 : Finance Director

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferable.
Prior experience in a finance management role with a focus on tax and audit compliance.
Proven experience leading Tax and Audit Compliance in a significant revenue environment.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts.
Tax and Audit Compliance: Lead and ensure stringent compliance with all tax regulations and oversee successful completion of audits.
Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement: Implement, maintain, and continuously improve efficient financial processes and systems to enhance financial accuracy and productivity.
Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other daily financial transactions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and accounting team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing financial procedure and policy training to staff
