Job Title1: ICT Assistant

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
3 years of relevant work experience for diploma holders
1-year relevant work experience for first degree.
NGO experience is a plus. Skills Required.
Fluent in spoken & and written English
Good communication and report-writing skills

Responsibilities
Assist in investigating problems reported and take corrective action as appropriate.
Escalate problems and liaise with the ICT manager to request further support
Provide users with ongoing assistance in their information technology problems
Assist in Implementation and support of IT systems &network installations in accordance with Organizational set policies and procedures
Maintain asset register of IT equipment – hardware, software, radio and network equipment
Track and control the movement of equipment between sites and temporary off site

Job Title2 : Finance Manager-Operations (Re-Advertise)

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Part qualified Accountant (CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA degree) or Master’s degree in finance.
More than 3 years of experience in GL management preferably with INGO for qualified Accountant or 5 years or more for Master’s degree or 10 Years or more for BSC in Accounting & related Fields.
Experience in staff capacity developing.
Computer literate with a comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting packages.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities
Ensure cash and bank books are obtained on time from all locations
Work with the Assistant D/CFC to assign responsibility for cash and bank book review within the finance team and ensure that such reviews are completed quickly and to a high standard on time
complete the staff allocations in consultation with relevant Managers and D/CFC.
Prepare Payroll journals releasing the expenses and updating the appropriate balance sheet accounts.
Ensure Posting in MGP are done properly
Work to assess Fx transactions and record gain/loss on monthly basis

Job Title3 : Finance Manager-Treasury( Re-advertise)

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Part qualified Accountant (CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA degree) or Master’s degree in finance.
More than 3 years of experience in management preferably with INGO for qualified Accountant or 5 years or more for Master’s degree or 10 Years or more for BSC in Accounting & related Fields.
Experience in staff capacity developing.
Excellent in Microsoft products mainly excel (advanced).
Fluency in English.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
Ensure cash and bank books are obtained on time from all locations and submitted to Finance Manager-Operations.
Ensure that Cash/Bank books are completely and accurately processed and that resulting GL balances are as expected.
Maintain and keep only active bank accounts and their signatories are updated. Maintain and updated banks details register.
Work with Admin Manager, DCFC and CFC in changing bank signatories being registered at Authority for Charities and Societies.
Ensure to maintain sufficient cash in safe box as petty cash. Ensure to do cash count as per CWW policy.
Ensure CWW internal controls over cash is implemented strictly
Work with DCFC and CFC in organizing monthly Fx file to HQ on monthly basis and on time.

Job Title4 : Nurse-Mobile Health & Nutrition Team

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education BSc Degree in Public Health/Nursing with minimum of three years of relevant work experience for degree holders or Diploma in clinical nursing five years relevant experience.
Profound experience in CMAM, particularly SAM management
Computer literate
NGO experience in emergency projects is an advantage
Good communication and report writing skills
Work place: West Emi, Somali

Responsibilities
Provision of appropriate treatment for all patients in compliance with rational use of drugs and national standard treatment protocols
Manage all sick children under the IMNCI protocol. Other services under the child health package are Immunization, Vitamin A supplementation and De-worming
Screening of all under 5 children (under children health package), pregnant women and lactating women (under maternal health and other acute & life threatening illnesses package) and essential nutrition actions (ENAs)
Manage children with acute malnutrition in accordance to the national guideline for management of acute malnutrition
Support and follow-up BCC activities
Ensure proper referral of all emergency cases beyond the team capacity to the nearest referral health centre &/or Hospital
Assists the transportation of supplies to health facilities along the way to its operational site
