Job Title 1: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education First Degree in M&E, Project Management, Economics and related fields, and advanced certificate in M&E or very similar with clear links to Monitoring and evaluation Learning; with excellent and proven communication and writing skills (report and proposal elaboration).
At least minimum of 3 years and above relevant work experience in a similar position Monitoring and Evaluation, reporting level and practical experience at field level (expert, officer etc.),
Experience in relevant working areas with other international organizations (NGOs) in Ethiopia; work experience with relevant donor organizations is an asset.
Knowledge in participatory approaches, problem resolving capacity and very strong reporting and communication/writing skills.
Strong knowledge of MEAL principles, tools, and methodologies.
Proficiency in Kobo Toolbox, advanced Excel, and Power BI
Excellent command of English language, both, in writing and spoken is absolutely mandatory.

Regular monitor project progress, analyzing data, process and illustrate them to be used for reporting purposes.
Support the PMs to compile reports, crosschecking report requirements and follow up with the PMs and filed coordinators and reporting deadlines.
Prepare Terms of References (ToR) for survey, assessments, evaluations, and reviews together with concerned project staff and M&E support through the CACH Head Office.
Prepare in coordination with PMs/Deputies of units capacity building for project staff in M&E; here, especially mobile/digital data collection and processing.
Updating monitoring tools and formats for all concerned projects.
Showing readiness to handle other responsibilities and tasks apart from the aforementioned ones as per request.
Participate actively in the implementation of MEAL processes by providing technical support and checking quality.

Job Title2: Project Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Master’s degree in Development Study, Agricultural Resource Economics & Management, Rural Development, Community Development, Agriculture Science, Animal Science, Natural Resource Management, or related field of study.
Minimum 5 years of relevant and proven work experiences in related area.
At least 2 years in same managerial position with responsibility for the project implementation and resource management.
Ability to represent the organization in negotiation, coordination and leading a process that involves various actors at a local level and to act as a part of a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary team.
Experience in implementing community-based projects; ability to liaise activities with various actors, with different interest and in different places.

Management, implementation, supervision, and monitoring of project.
Plan the activities on a weekly basis. Supervise their implementation daily, assuring the quality of the work. Coach the team under his/her responsibility when needed.
Ensure that daily activity schedules are respected, and timely actions are taken in case of failure.
Mobilize the collaboration of kebele and woreda actors for community resource mobilization during implementation of activities.
Ensure implementation responsibilities are properly shared among the signatories of the project and the community.
Adjust project activities according to seasonal variability.
Conduct regular meetings with co-implementing partners to discuss pending project matters and to jointly plan activities.
Developing concepts and thematic strategies and articles for different audiences including contributing to the development of inputs for policies and strategies at local, national, and international level.
