Brothers Trading PLC wants to recruit employees in the following vacant Position

Job Title1 : Site Engineer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Advanced Degree in Project Management, engineering, architecture and related fields with at least 3 years of experience in foreman and site engineer position.
Work place: Addis Ababa

Operate and promote safe working on site by implementing all company requirements and legal regulations, paying specific attention to the legislation and quality
Carry out and record site inspections and ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements from the site manager and project manager
Conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings
Ensure the completion of works on time and within budget schedule, co-ordinate and supervise the daily activities of site operatives and daily labours through delegating tasks for each worker
Share and pass on knowledge to teams and ensure site operatives complete all required documentation
Ensure documentation is properly completed in line with the company requirements, project and site manager
Track and document daily work productions and organize and monitor the work of subcontractors on site
Regulate the equipment and materials management through strong controlling skill

Job Title2: Secretary

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Degree in Admin, Secretarial and Clerical
Exceptional or excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multi-task, flexible and open to change
The ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Quick computer writing in both Amharic and English language
The ability to work alone and in a team environment in a professional manner.
To be able to use a computer and main office programs competently.

Greet visitors and undertake general receptionist duties when required
Answer phones and respond to emails
Book meeting rooms, arrange conference calls, take messages and minutes during meetings
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and forms
Develop and maintain a filing system and manage database entry and client files
Order and maintain office supplies and Make travel arrangements
Manage current agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Assist with bookkeeping, presentations, reports, emails and letters
File and update contact information of clients, employees, suppliers and partners
Document expenses and financial information
Implement and develop office procedures
