BNT Industry and Trading PLC wants to recruit employees in the following vacant Position

Job Title1 : Cashier

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Diploma/BA in Accounting and related fields.
Computer skills: (Windows, Word and Excel).
Experience 3 years for Diploma /1-year related experience for BA
Experience in manufacturing sector is advantageous.

Handle all the cash transaction of an organization.
Mainly keeping documentation, filling and track of all cash and advance transactions, preparing recipes for cash replenishment Prepare documents and receipts and ensure proper tax is implemented during purchase or refund request.
Assist Preparation of weekly pity cash reports by reconciling receipts versus cash in hand.
Issue receipts, refunds if needed /processing payment according to the policy of the company.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
Receive payment by cash, cheque, credit card etc.
Check daily cash accounts.
Guide and solve queries of customer.
Maintains monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions & retain.
Balance the daily account at the end of each day.

Job Title2: Warehouse Clerk (Document Facilitator)

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/Logistic and supply management or Business administration, Accounting and related fields.
Computer skills: (Windows, Word and Excel)
Experience 1 year experience in merchandising company or related factory in Material management area.
Knowledge of relevant warehouse policies and procedures.

Check the documents with the goods when they are delivered to the warehouse, either by purchase or from factory. He/she also prepare Goods Receiving Voucher in accordance with an order issued by the Storekeeper, warehouse Coordinator or Assistance warehouse coordinator. The document will be approved by the Warehouse Team leader.
Check the authenticity of the customer’s documents coming out of the warehouse and sign them with the appropriate authority.
Prepares Store Issue Voucher/Goods Receiving Vouchers only on orders from the warehouse Coordinator or Assistance warehouse coordinator. She/he will immediately sign the customer on the Voucher.
When an item arrives at the store or withdrawn from the store, it is immediately deducted from the bin card.
