Job Title : Sales Executive

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Post-secondary degree, preferably in business and/or marketing
2-3 years of experience in sales (media sales or real estate sales)
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Client skills including prospecting, conveying value proposition, and overcoming objections
Ability to understand Research and Data to incorporate into sales pitches
Ability to conduct effective account planning and coordinate different resources to meet customer needs
Strategic, motivated, enthusiastic self-starter who can work effectively in a target-oriented environment.
Ability to develop customized marketing solutions for clients, possess presentation skills and have a professional presence
Ability to collaborate/communicate effectively with relevant departments at BeMedia
Effective interpersonal skills, organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in MS Office – including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Work place: Addis Ababa

Responsibilities
Emphasis on developing new business
Handle an active list and maintain and grow existing accounts
Meet established targets
Prospect, negotiate, and generate new leads, as well as qualify leads generated by support functions
Develop strong executive level client and agency relationships and sell BeMedia advertising space
Strong communication and collaboration skills internally and externally
Provide written proposals, presentations, and sales packages to present to clients
Develop client-specific pitches, prepare presentations, attend client meetings, make presentations, and close sales
Attend promotional events and other client networking events
Work in partnership with support team on post-sale processes (e.g., entering orders, collections)
Understand and communicate resources, products, and capabilities of stations.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of developing new business and a network of client contacts
