Job Title1 : Junior Food and Beverage Control

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education A minimum Advanced Certificate in Food and Beverage Control, Hospitality Management, business or a related field.
At least 6 months of work experience in food and beverage cost control.
In-depth knowledge of inventory management, recipe control, and budgeting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and works in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory levels in collaboration with the central store, production teams and Branch supervisors.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in stock levels and minimize waste.
Coordinate with relevant departments to track inventory movements.
Recipe Maintenance
Work closely with the Food and Beverage Cost Control Head to maintain standardized recipes for all items.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure accurate representation of ingredients and portion sizes.
Update recipes as needed in line with changes in ingredients or processes.
Cost Analysis
Support in analyzing recipe costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
Collaborate with the procurement team to monitor and control ingredient costs.
Assist in conducting regular price comparisons and market analysis.

Job Title2 : Procurement Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Four Years Proven experience in Procurement
Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and works in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities
Procurement Planning
Collaborate with various departments to understand procurement needs and requirements. Develop and implement procurement plans to ensure timely availability of goods and services.
Supplier Management
Identify and assess potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring favorable agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and explore new sources as needed.

Job Title 3: Food and Beverage Cost Control Head

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education A minimum Advanced Certificate in Food and Beverage Control, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of work experience in food and beverage cost control.
In-depth knowledge of inventory management, recipe control, and budgeting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and works in a fast-paced environment.
