All God’s Children International (AGCI) wants to recruit employees in the following vacant Position

Job Title1 : Sponsorship and Outreach Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education College degree/diploma plus seven or more years related work experience in non-governmental organizations. Experience in community outreach and/or sponsorship programming in a managerial role required. Familiarity with community and social service agencies/resources in Ethiopia required plus a proven ability to work with children of all ages. TBRI® Practitioners will be given preference.

Responsible for the overall operation of AGCI’s sponsorship program in Addis Ababa, Oromia, Tigray, and Gambella, in addition to any other region to which AGCI may expand sponsorship and family preservation initiatives in collaboration with target woreda women and children offices
Lead, assign, and manage sponsorship coordinators and officers to ensure success of existing and future program initiatives
Establish frequent contact with local administration and other required entities during project design, selection of project beneficiaries and implementation of future projects
Manage the selection process of prospective sponsorship beneficiaries as per the criteria agreed with government administration.
Assist team in conducting intake interviews for newly enrolled children, and collection of intake/exit documents and photos for all beneficiaries in collaboration with partner woreda and social affairs offices as needed
Oversee the maintenance of AGCI sponsorship database including recordkeeping of all new and existing sponsorship beneficiaries, logging services, managing reports, and tracking communications

Job Title2: Country Director – AGCI Ethiopia

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Master’s Degree, plus ten or more years related experience in social services, psychology, non-profit management, public health or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must also be a TBRI® Practitioner or be willing to become a TBRI® Practitioner within 12 months of securing employment with AGCI.

Crafts and articulates a compelling vision and strategic plan for AGCI Ethiopia, aligning it with the mission and vision of AGCI Headquarters, and effectively communicating this vision to guide the organization.
Facilitates seamless communication with AGCI Headquarters, ensuring timely and accurate provision of essential information to support informed decision-making on AGCI Ethiopia’s activities.
Formulates program strategies, operational plans, metrics, and protocols to achieve AGCI Ethiopia’s objectives while upholding AGCI’s global standards in child protection and service excellence.
Establishes alignment with diverse stakeholders, both domestically and internationally, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to realizing AGCI Ethiopia’s desired goals and objectives.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership, innovation, confidence, resilience, humility, and the willingness to express dissenting views when necessary to further AGCI Ethiopia’s mission.
