Job Title1: Project Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management, with a significant focus on HR and technology implementations.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and risk management principles.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide end-to-end project management
Lead the planning and implementation of HR technology solutions, ensuring they meet the company’s needs and objectives.
Foster collaboration between HR, IT, Marketing, and Risk Management teams to ensure a unified approach to project execution.
Coordinate project activities, from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Drive effective change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
Monitor and mitigate project risks, in partnership with the Risk Management team.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to all stakeholders, facilitating transparency and engagement.
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

Job Title2: Junior Marketing and sales officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education University degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field from accredited university or college
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Familiarity with inventory management processes and challenges faced by businesses in managing their inventory effectively.
Exceptional communication and writing skills to create engaging marketing content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites for effective marketing communication.
Digital knowledge and the ability to leverage digital marketing channels in campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong drive to contribute to the team’s success.
Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to position and promote our Inventory Management System effectively.
Conduct market research to identify target customers, including corporate companies, importers, wholesalers, and organizations with specialized inventory management needs.
Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including case studies, success stories, whitepapers, and educational materials.
Support digital and offline marketing channels to reach the target audience effectively.
Assist in preparing presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our Inventory Management System.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and nurturing efforts.

Job Title3: Intern- Risk Management Department

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education University degree in public health, Risk Management or Doctor of Medicine from accredited university or college.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience of professional experience in a similar position.
Good command of English and Computer Skill
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
Basic understanding of risk management principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and prioritize risks effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in conducting risk assessments for public health programs and initiatives, including identifying potential risks, evaluating likelihood and impact, and recommending mitigation strategies.
Support the development and implementation of risk management plans, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and prioritize key risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
Assist in monitoring and reporting on risk management activities, including tracking, and analyzing risk data.
Contribute to the development of training materials and provide training to public health professionals on risk management principles and practices.
Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends and best practices in risk management, with a focus on public health.
