Job Title1 : Logistics Assistant

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Degree/Higher Diploma preferably in Business Administration or related field and two years experience in working with International NGOs in the similar level.
Motivated and create in approaches to work.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective and working relationships
Excellent communication skills, personable and articulate
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Local Language is a mandatory requirement
Strong team player of high integrity, pleasant personality, ability to work under least supervision and meet strict deadlines.
Computer literate and with excellent IT Knowledge.
Demonstrated experience in overall responsibility and accountability for the logistical and administration management of an organization;

Carry out all necessary procurement for all ACTED and REACH projects in Addis Ababa and office/GH requirements based on ACTED procurement guidelines including but not limited to receiving and registering of order forms, collecting quotations, drafting procurement memos/contracts/purchase orders and liaising with logistics officer in Addis Ababa when approval is needed
Create and update regularly the procurement folders for each ongoing program based on purchase scenarios
Follow up on ACTED and REACH requirements for fleet needs and liaise with the suppliers to insure that vehicles are available upon request.
Ensure the overall compliance with transportation management, motorized assets fuel management & procedures by drafting the required documents and requesting the necessary internal approvals;
Ensure the overall compliance with assets, properties and premises management procedures by drafting the required documents and requesting the necessary internal approvals
Control stock in & stock out of any office and project materials under his or any stock keepers custody. Ensure ACTED standard procedures and documents for stock and warehouse management are used and in place.

Job Title2: MEAL Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Masters Degree in development studies, Economics, Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, Statistics and other social science or closely related field of study
At least 3 years of experience in international and/or local NGO in relevant field and position
Proficient understanding of MEAL, including the ability to work effectively with tight timelines, high quality standards, and demanding, potentially overlapping priorities.
Experience of social research methods to conduct monitoring and evaluation for humanitarian and development initiatives/interventions.
Excellent analytical skills in order to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and discern useful recommendations for programme implementation and development.
Statistical analysis and IT skills, including use of SPSS, Excel, and Kob collect for data collection.
Good English communications skills (both oral and written).

Job Title3: Transparency and Compliance Officer

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in public administration or diploma in Finance/ Audit
At least 3 years of experience in international and/or local NGO in relevant field and position
Experience in Finance, Logistics, Administration
Proven capabilities in leadership and management are required
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and flexibility in different country cultural and organizational terms
Ability to work well and under pressure
Excellent English level, written and spoken as well as fluent in speaking and understanding of the local languages
Goal oriented with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to the vision and goals of the organization.
Ability to prepare and write official computerized reports.
High degree of responsibility and ownership of work·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word & PowerPoint).

Audit Plan: participate to the implementation and the update of the country audit plan (including IP Due diligences);
Conduct country Internal audit missions: conduct country/area audit missions according to the Country Audit Plan and the ACTED internal audit methodology;
Review the country/area internal audit missions conducted by the area / country audit and compliance team before Coordination approval;
Conduct Implementing Partners due diligences, participate to the mitigation plan follow-up;
Suggest measures for mitigating such risks to the Country Risk and Compliance Manager, discuss the main findings and recommendations during the mission; draft an action plan (AUD-04B) to be discussed during the debriefing session;
Audit report: send the audit reports (AUD-04A) to the to the Country Risk and Compliance Manager for review before regional and/or HQ approval;
Ensure the recommendation follow-up and actively participate in their implementation.
