Job Title1 : Finance & Tax Manager

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education A minimum of BA Degree in Accounting and/or Accounting and Finance.
Experience A minimum of six years in Accounting functions out of which two years in a Finance Manager position

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business process.
Aid management in financial decisions.
Maintain up to date financial recording.
Ensure timely reporting of taxes to the concerned Authority.
Skills Practical & detailed knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software, Good strategic thinking, excellent business judgment and decision making skills, strong leadership skills.

Job Title2: Operation Manger

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education A minimum of BA Degree in Management, Business Administration and other related field of study.
Experience A minimum of five years in Transport operation functions out of which two years in an Operation Manager position

Direct the overall activities of the Company in relation to the successful execution of each transport operation.
Ensure the compliance of Company’s operation with existing legal frame work in the Country and updated the Company for any change.
Monitor the general operations of staff directly involved in the transportation operation to make sure that their operations are within the guidelines, safety measures, government orders, and administrative policies.
Involve in the negotiation and authorization of contracts and other forms of purchases and procurements.
Develop important indicators that measure and show the effectiveness of each transport operation (local and/or Djibouti)
Ensure that competent staffs are assigned for each Department/Section by working together with the Human Resource (HR) Manager.

Good strategic thinking, excellent business judgment and decision-making skills, strong leadership skills, Good negotiation skills.
