Job Title1 : Senior Training and Development Expert

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Development Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with a focus on training and development.
Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Work place : Addis Ababa

Responsibility
Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs to address the development needs of our employees.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps within the organization.
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning materials utilizing best practices in adult learning.
Lead initiatives to enhance leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the training team.

Job Title2: Human Resource Division Manager – Property Management

Required Qualification, Experience and skill
Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR manager in the property management, Hospitality or real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with both departmental and company-wide objectives.

Responsibility
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the goals of the Property Management Department and Bekele Legesse-Erenna/3MY-DG-STARDUST BUZZ/.
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure HR initiatives support the overall success of the company.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of top-tier candidates for the Property Management Department.
Implement talent management and succession planning strategies to support organizational growth.
